Renaye Manley works at the cutting edge of organized labor, public policy, and finance and her impact has been felt across all three. A former field organizer for the AFL-CIO, she is Deputy Director for the Service Employees International Union Strategic Initiatives Department, where she works with pension trustees who sit on 67 pension funds with collective assets under management of approximately a trillion dollars. In terms of public policy, she serves on the Biden-Harris transition team focusing on the financial regulatory landscape. She has previously served on the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s advisory board on Small Business, Agriculture and Labor.
