As a registered attendee or participant (“you”) of Donostia Series, ETF Donostia 2023, WealthTech Donostia 2023 or Reimagine Investing 2050, (the “Event”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below (collectively, the “Agreement”) with Spark Network Group. If you are completing the registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of this Agreement and that he, she or they has accepted these terms and conditions.

Media & Content
By attending the conference, you grant Spark Network the right to record, film, photograph and/or capture your likeness. We reserve the right to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise share those images, without any approval from or any payment to you.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
You can cancel your registration up to 30 days before the conference and you will receive a full refund. You may cancel your registration via email to [email protected]. Cancellations after 30 days before the event are nonrefundable.

Changes
Spark Network reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, themes, content, program, speakers, moderators, venue and times. This does not entitle you to a refund inside of 30 days.

Force Majeure
The “force majeure” clause means that, if there is a natural disaster (fire, flood, hurricane, war, pandemic, etc.), and we have to cancel the event, we will refund your registration fee, but we aren’t liable for your other costs (travel, etc.).

Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Spark Network excludes: (a) all liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property at the Event; (b) all indemnities, warranties, representations (whether express or implied); and (c) any actual or alleged indirect loss or consequential loss, any loss of profits, anticipated profits, savings, loss of business revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other type of economic loss, suffered by you howsoever arising. If Spark Network is liable to you for any reason, Spark Network’s total liability to you in relation to the Event (whether under these terms or conditions or otherwise) is limited to the amount of your fees received by Spark Network.
