Rick Funston is CEO of Funston Advisory Services and the author of “Surviving and Thriving in Uncertainty: Creating The Risk Intelligent Enterprise” and was the National Practice Leader for Deloitte’s Governance and Risk Oversight Services. Prior to that, he worked for several major public retirement systems, including the New York City Bureau of Asset Management and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System.
