Before Eric Balchunas joined the finance world, where he works now as a Senior ETF Analyst for Bloomberg, he had dreams of working in the music industry, interning at Virgin Records, and whiling away the hours at record stores in Manhattan. The host of Bloomberg’s “Trillions” podcast and author of an upcoming book on visionary Vanguard founder Jack Bogle, Eric sits down with Nic to talk about his childhood love for Duran Duran, graduating to R&B and hip-hop, and discovering the seminal Pixies album “Doolittle,” which changed everything.
